The GROW department seeks to give believers deeper insight into the Word of God (rooted), and a better understanding of God and His dealings with man (grounded). In turn they can be better equipped to represent Him in their daily living and have a more meaningful relationship with God and one another (bearing fruit).
YOU MUST GROW ...in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.- 2 Peter 3:18 What does it mean to Grow...? It means to strengthen. To develop. To mature. To elevate. To build. To increase. That is simply what the Bible tells us to do. To deepen our spiritual roots. To increase our faith. To mature in our Christian life. To develop a real relationship with Jesus. To GROW!
Too many of us are just not growing. We are stuck. We want more. We need more. We know there is something out there. Something better. We all want to know God better, deeper. We just don’t know where to start. 1 Peter 2:2 (New Living Translation) Like newborn babies, you must crave pure spiritual milk so that you will grow into a full experience of salvation.
Do you want to grow and really enjoy the full experience of your salvation? This is the secret... Here it is...
Study... with a group over coffee, with friends over dessert, with God on your time. Pray... with those who care, with those who listen, to a God who loves you. Fellowship... with those your age, with those who understand, with people like you. Worship... with others, with your family, all alone. Learn...what God has said, what God still says, and more importantly, what God says to you!
Paul told the church at Colosse Colossians 1:10 Do you want to Grow? Then find a place. We have electives that pertain to your needs. We have Bible studies that pertain to your faith. We have small groups that pertain to your situation. Find a place to study, pray, fellowship, worship, and learn. Find a place to where you can Grow! Colossians 2:7 overflow with thankfulness.

As soon as they come in they are passed out to the team. Another opportunity is the Altar of Prayer Ministry. Each week volunteers pray for those who may have a need after each Worship Service. * Man to Man- Quarterly Men’s Events are planned each with an encouraging message and time of fellowship. The year is capped off with a Father/Son Camping Trip to the White Mountains in June. Opportunities Available: We are always looking for more prayer warriors. Of course, we could use volunteers for each ministry. Also, if you have had teaching experience or would be interested in leading a small group let me know that as well.
